1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

• 30-Day Free Exchange: If your product is defective or has a quality issue, you can request a free exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
• General Returns: If you wish to return a product for other reasons (e.g., incorrect order, dissatisfaction), the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping fees may apply.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Email alienrider@rcc086.com with your order number, product details, and the reason for your return or exchange.
2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
3. Return the Product: Ship the product back to our designated return address. Please keep the tracking number as proof of return.
4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications.
• Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
• Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
• It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
