1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- 30-Day Free Exchange: If your product is defective or has a quality issue, you can request a free exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- General Returns: If you wish to return a product for other reasons (e.g., incorrect order, dissatisfaction), the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping fees may apply.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email alienrider@rcc086.com with your order number, product details, and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Return the Product: Ship the product back to our designated return address. Please keep the tracking number as proof of return.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund within 7-10 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
